Good afternoon. Finally got home with the girls. Went to heart doctor this morning and of course my BLood pressure was perfect 12/80 and pulse was 62. Typical. But I am doing a two week chart to see how it goes. Could have been so many reasons for high blood pressure. I'm sure. So not new meds yet.
Then mom and I went and had my staples out. Jennifer did them again. Ok so this time there were more than a few intakes of breathe but they are indeed out. The two staples they left on the top of my head were apparently from when they staple the sterile sheets to my head before the surgery...didn't know they did that but those two are out also. Yippee.Already feels better. Not tight and sore. Another milestone accomplished.
August 18 is next appt to set date for surgery to add fat from belly to head and then I can be a bionic fathead. ROFL. Most likely both surgerys will be in September. SO time for two retreats and no interuptions. More good news.
Then picked up girls, went to mom's to swim, and no I did not get in becasue dr. said not chemicals for a while so I let them swim and then we stopped at Panda King to eat and came home. HUbby was comfortable in his recliner resting. Here's some pictures.

Katharine out of pool. Hailey in pool.
Tadah they say.... The retaining wall is in the background becsaue her yard slants downhill and the wall holds up the dirt. lOL. We jumped off it plenty of times. They had fun.

Not tired yet but when I slow down I will be relaxing in front of the tv with my laptop. It was indeed a fun day. Well, going to settled them to their room and see what hubby is up to. Came right in here to post pictures.
Oh I went by my favorite Japanese store and bought japanese crackers, soysauce, curry powder, wasabi, Calrose rice and a few other things I love. Oh Miso bean soup too. ONLy 40 cal. a bowl. Girls bought some candies.
