Hello. Still busy with the girls. And now Holly is coming over with two friends to bring me a big tv for my sewing room. Yeah. I had a 45 inch but gave it to MIL when lightening took her's out. So large group for lunch I have to get busy.
Will it fit in that spot? If not, you could turn that spot into shelves for pattern totes.
Then put the TV where the shelves are next to the window.

Hi Debbie, There is so much to catch up on your PDA after a few days. I love the pictures you have a beautiful family. The kittens are so cute and so are your Mom’s pugs. Glad the stitches came out and that the surgeries are after your retreats. So fun that the girls played WII. When I worked for an assisted living facility I used to play WII bowling with the residents.
I read that a tropical storm is headed towards TX and should be there in about 4 days. Have a great afternoon! (((((HUGS)))))

I heard that too and they say it just may bring you all much needed rain. They don't figure the storm will hit very hard but will send rain to most of the state, we are praying for that.

Gosh you guys, I hope the weather forecast is right. We need a long, slow steady rain. It won't bring the tanks up quickly but will cool things down and give the ground and ranchers much needed water. Keeping my fingers crossed and might even throw in a rain dance.
Beenana - I have never, ever retained water so maybe, maybe not. DOnt' feel like it though. SO far it is staying a little high but steady. We'll see. The girls are entertaining themselves while I get on teh QB. The kitties too. Half have eyes open , the other half almost. I am watching.
Shipping spree was just things for the girls like some blouses, cute undie sets/ bras, and shorts. nothing really for school yet. Then groceries. I did get me two pairs of black stretch jeans, I love those. Let's see....junk food, drinks and candy for me.

Hello again. SO glad you are back on. I think the WII would be fun with different games. I am thinking a dancing one HOlly said she had a few. So we will see.
NP3 - I put it on the white table and turned it length wise so it runs on the same wall as the entertainment center. Moved the stacking white drawers that were there and put them next to the window by the end of closet. Looks good. I can see the tv now and the movie schedule. Used to walk over to it. Now will find a use for the smaller tv. Thinking kitchen area when the guys make island bar for me.

And while she was hooking it up to Sattelite, she made my dvd/vcr work. It was not hooked up correctly so I could not watch dvd's. Now I'm all set.

Debbie: Boy if ya miss a day on this PDA you got to read alot to get caught up...LOL!! Sounds like you have it made now with a tv in your sewing room. That is my next venture just have to figure out how to get the cable line in there..and to darn hot for me to worry about that today. I took a step today I never thought I would, I tried to machine applique. I really did like it, but it didn't turn out perfect. I guess like everything else, practice practice practice.
I love my WII dance...if I would do it a little more I wouldn't have these rolls of fat. Just not as much fun by yourself as if others are around.
I will check in later going to work on my wallhanging and try to finish it up...(((Hugs))

We have the Wii dance. I do it with the DGKs. They are better at it than I am.

Hope the state benefits from it and doesn't have any damage from it.

My plan to meet moonwork tonight got cancelled. She had a family emergency. We will try again next week.
Boy I need to go back and do some reading. Looks like there has been a lot going on here today.

I hope it brings some rain to Sherman! We need it desparately. Just as much as Debbie. It was 110 here today and August is supposed to be hotter and drier. Really, all of Texas and Oklahoma need rain. You could break a leg if you stepped in one of the cracks in the back yard. Horrible.
