Joined: May 5, 10 Messages: 7196 Feedback: 44/100.0% Location: Bakersfield, CA | Okay, my phone just rang and I thought please let that be Holly. Looked at the caller ID and it said Tony Umphress. I was so excited that I was getting a call back that I jumped up and grabbed the phone. Imagine my surprise when I hear Debbie's voice saying HELLO! Yep, she was on the phone. So I guess this will be the best update of the day. She is still in ICU and they let her use the cell phone. She had my number plugged in and just hit the button to call. Yes she has drain tubes in, surgery was only about 90 minutes she is getting antibiotics, she is getting meds for low BP, (more to stop clots than anything per gai) she will get transferred to a private room after seeing the doctors tomorrow, probably by 10:00 am not going home for a few days. And the best part to her....they said they fixed all the little bumps and dents and she will have a smooth head again. Life is good!!!!! |

And everything to do with not sleeping elevated the way she was told to do. You hit that one right on the head. So to speak! LOL Every dog has it's day, but the nights belong to us pussycats!  |
